Ordering Process
We use a Production Management software that will update you on each step of your project.
Step 1: Define Your Needs
Before you start the ordering process, be clear about your requirements. Determine the following:
- The type of product you want to be screen printed (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags).
- The quantity of items you need.
- The number of colors in your design.
- Your preferred printing locations (e.g., front, back, sleeves).
- Any specific ink color(s) you want to use.
Step 2: Create or Prepare Your Design
If you have a design ready, ensure it meets the following requirements:
- High-resolution: The design should be in a high-resolution format (preferably vector) to ensure sharp and clear printing.
- Proper sizing: Make sure your design is appropriately sized for the printing area.
- Color separation: If your design has multiple colors, make sure it's properly separated for each screen.
If you don't have a design, our Graphics Team can create or refine your artwork.
Step 3: Artwork Approval
Before the actual printing begins, we will send you a digital proof of your design for approval. Review it carefully to ensure it looks as you intended and that all details are accurate.
Step 4: Payment
The next step is payment. You'll typically need to make a deposit or pay in full, depending on the order details.
Step 5: Printing and Production
Once you've approved the artwork and made payment, we will begin the production process. This includes creating the screens, mixing inks, and printing your design onto the chosen products.
Step 6: Delivery or Pickup
Once your order is complete, we will either ship the items to your specified address or arrange for pickup at our location.
